More About Me

My name is Carrie Ritz-Belcher, a native of Greater Cincinnati/Kentucky region, serving Ohio. Born and raised in Cincinnati, I have immense pride and passion for the Greater Cincinnati area. I am very familiar with the local neighborhoods/communities, annual communal events, and I pride myself with keeping up with market trends in the area. My communal involvement includes serving as a project leader for organizations such as Goodwill, Freestore Foodbank, The Giving Fields and The American Heart Association, to name a few.  Also, I am honored to say that I have been a participant of the famous Cincinnati Flying Pig marathon. I married and have raised three beautiful children that are all thriving on their own. After years of raising my children, managing carpools from soccer fields, to attending dance competitions, to bowling tournaments and supporting local school events, I am now ready to share my energy and passion in real estate. I have obtained my bachelor's degree in business administration from Thomas More University and have over thirty years of experience as a project manager in a corporate environment.  I am self-motivated, a team player and a goal setter.  My positive attitude and strong work ethic will provide a high level of professionalism to each one of my clients. Helping others achieve their dreams and goals is my big "why" for choosing this amazing real estate profession and I am blessed and honored to be able to do so.
